How to Measure Your Wrist

How Does it Work?

Reducing Pressure on the Nerve System

The Ficor wristband is designed to gently help apply pressure to the 2 main bones in the arm connecting to the wrist while at the same time, the lower part of the band is designed to help lessen the pressure to the nerve system. This in effect will help bring stabilization and comfort to the wrist.

The Ficor wristband is recommended for people with carpal tunnel syndrome, a condition causing numbness, tingling and or pain in the wrist or other wrist pains as indicated.

Bone Stabilization

The Ficor wristband comes with several innovative but scientifically-researched and tested features.

The wind-wire dial allows easy control and release of the pressure while the sides of the band are designed to apply pressure on the 2 column bones for stabilization.

The Ficor wristband comes in a range of sizes and is made using Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) material.  TPE is known for the following characteristics:

Ficor Fit Frequently Asked Questions

Customer Testimonials

The Ficor Fit is designed to stabilize the radioulnar joint, which is believed to alleviate pain in the wrist and forearm.

In addition to providing stabilization to alleviate wrist pain, whether chronic or recent, the Fit wristband is intended to offer protection to reduce the risk of developing wrist pain from daily activities, whether occupational or related to sports.

The Ficor Fit wristband has been created to provide pain relief for those experiencing symptoms of carpal tunnel, tendonitis, repetitive strain injuries, triangular fibrocartilage injuries, wrist sprains, De Quervain's Tenosynovitis, or arthritis.

It is also developed for people experiencing sports-related pain like wrist sprains, golfer's elbow and tennis elbow.

The Fit wristband should be worn just above where you can feel your ulnar bone at your wrist. The band includes a wind-wire dial that allows you to adjust the pressure directly where you need it according to your comfort level.

The tightness should be enough to feel the grip but not to strong to cause pain.  Each user will find this level after a few tries.  It should not be too loose, otherwise there will be no effect from the "Guards" that are meant to give stabilization to the two wrist bones.  All users should read the user's manual and abide to the guidelines on how to wear the Ficor wristband.

Ficor "FIT" is waterproof and can be used in almost all conditions. Please refer to the user's manual for more information on how to look after the product.

The Fit wristband is available in three different sizes.

  • Small: Approx. 5” - 6” (130mm - 150mm)
  • Medium: Approx. 6” - 7” (150mm - 180mm)
  • Large: Approx. 6.5” - 7.5” (170mm - 200mm)

Please refer to the size guide at the top of the page to find the best size for you.

The band's design is intended to apply pressure to the two column bones on the sides while avoiding the wrist area where nerves and blood flow are located. This feature provides a comfortable fit that is suitable for all-day wear.

The Ficor Fit wristband is made using medical-grade silicone and Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) material. Each material provides different benefits:

  • Silicone portions provide comfort and flexibility
  • Solid portions are made from TPE, which is more durable than PVC
  • TPE material minimizes bacteria growth by reducing moisture absorption.

Ficor Fit Band Materials

Ficor wristband was formulated with a different approach to wrist pain.  It was made with an understanding of the causes of wrist pain, which enabled it to be designed very differently compared to other such products in the market. Its small and simple design also enables the user to carry on with their daily activities without discomfort.
